Character concept 01D

Character designed for a concept art class assignment. The high concept I was given was "evil police officer with mental powers", and this is the design I came up with.

Here are some of the colour schemes I tried before settling on the final colours. Ultimately I went with a colour scheme that combines aspects of colours #2, #5 and #10.
